Relay for Life was amazing! I was the Luminary Chair for the event (see luminaries in photo above) and I can't imagine a more rewarding position to hold. Our event raised over $95,000 for the fight against cancer! Granted, around 3 a.m. I was starting to feel a little woozy. Luckily, I caught a quick catnap and woke up ready to get back in there. By 10 a.m. I had all of my luminary paraphernalia back in the storage unit and was on my way home to sleep until mid afternoon (after a long shower, of course!) It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get involved and give back.
